Description: While we can't claim to host the only tacky lights ride in Richmond, we can certainly claim to be the tackiest! Come dressed up or not! Decorate your bike or not! No what come out for a great ride leaving from Willow Lawn. Park near the Atlantic Union Bank. Wheels roll at 6 p.m. We will have several stops including the Capital, The Jefferson Hotel, and Ken Kolb's back yard for hot chocolate. All paces are welcome. Just be sure to bring front and rear lights.
