The UCI World Cycling event is scheduled to take place from September 19th through the 27th in Richmond. One of the routes will pass through historic Church Hill and will include the cobble stone climb up the side of Libby Hill Park and the 23rd Street ascent up Taylor’s Hill between Franklin and Grace Streets.
